How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include:
Your order number
Details of the changes or cancellation requested
Once the order enters processing after 24 hours, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?
Because all of our products are made-to-order and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item received meets one of the following conditions:
It is significantly different from the product description or sample shown
It is damaged due to a factory error or shipping issue
You received the wrong item
The item was lost in transit (over 14 days from the last tracking update)
If your item qualifies, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund within a reasonable timeframe. You may keep the product if instructed.
To Submit a Claim:
Please email us at [email protected] and include the following:
Your order number
A photo or video of the faulty product (if applicable)
Photos of the full item (front and back)
A photo of the shipping label
Important: All refund or replacement requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Additional Notes:
We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.
Once an item is delivered in normal condition, it cannot be returned.
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or misrouted parcels due to incorrect shipping information or recipient unavailability.
Orders confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but lost due to local conditions (e.g., theft) are not eligible for refund.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
We review all claims within 24 business hours. Approved refunds are processed right away, but may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method.
