Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

Because our products are made-to-order, we can only accept returns, replacements, or exchanges if your item meets one of the following conditions:

The item is significantly different from the description or sample shown.

The item is damaged due to a manufacturing error or during shipping.

You received an item that is not what you ordered.

If your situation qualifies, please contact us at [email protected] to begin the resolution process. Be sure to include the following information:

Your order number

Photos or video clearly showing the issue (if applicable)

Photos of the full product (front and back)

A photo of the shipping label

Please Note:

We provide detailed size charts on each product page to help ensure a proper fit. We are not responsible for orders that do not fit due to incorrect size selection.

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind.

Once an item is delivered in normal condition, it is non-returnable.

How Long Does It Take to Process a Replacement or Return?
We typically review claims within 24 business hours.
If your request is approved, your replacement will usually arrive within 7–14 business days.
